It all begins with your desire to travel. Set up a 30 minute discovery call with us where we learn more about your needs. From there we begin creating custom itinerary proposals. This initial outline looks different for each of our clients. Some include one destination, but a few hotel options, or different destination options, flight options, etc. It all depends on what you are looking for. Initial proposal typically undergoes a few revisions until we finalize and move to next step of booking your trip. With the full service option, we can also book any ground transportation, activities, excursions, dinner reservations, and more! A list of what full service includes and does not include is listed below.

Cost:

For itineraries 9 nights or longer the planning fee is $750

For itineraries 8 nights or less, the planning fee is $500

*Price is subject to change based on last minute travel requests, # of travelers, or general complexity of the trip

If you need help with flights, our flight desk can assist. This service is typically recommended for those flying premium economy or business class. Flight desk knows the layout of the seats, best airlines for your trip, and the best routes for layovers. This service is available for both domestic and international flights.

Cost:

$50 per ticket

This is a great option for those travelers who would like to use their personal credit card or hotel points to book on their own, but need guidance on where to stay, what to do, and where to go. Please note, Seek to Explore can book using your personal hotel or airline loyalty numbers! This option is only if you want to use points to purchase the trip yourself.

$100 per night of travel
